Lionessexplore / Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservation Payments.

The travel contract comes through with the acceptance; the acceptance must be in writing. The applicant receives a written confirmation / proforma invoice from Lioness Explore via email.

Payment   

A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking, the remaining balance will be paid on arrival day by cash. Lioness Explore reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary whenever we deemit necessary for the safety and comfort of our guests.

 

Cancellation by the customer.

If the cancellation is made up to the 30th day before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the travel amount. If you withdraw later, 75% of the travel price will be retained. Down payments for cabin bookings, safari and / or beach lodges and flight bookings are not refundable.

 

Changes in services and prices

Reserves the right to change the travel prices offered and agreed with the booking in the event of a change in the exchange rates, national park fees, entry fees, taxes and transport prices applicable to the trip in question to the extent that the increase affects the travel price, if there is more than a month between the conclusion of the contract and the agreed travel date. Such a price change or a change in an essential service is possible no later than 14 days before the start of the journey.

 

Duty to cooperate

The participant will be informed about the availability of the Lioness Explore employee on site at the latest seven days before the start of the journey.

 

Passport, Visa & Health Regulations

  • The travel participant is responsible for compliance with all the implementation of the trip important passport, visa and Health regulations self-responsible.
  • Every travel participant should be timely about inform the infection and vaccination protection as well as other prophylactic measures. General information is provided by health authorities, doctors with experience in travel medicine and information services or the Federal Center for Health Education.
